CANCELLATION POLICY
Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized items. If you would like to cancel your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Representatives
Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. Your account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved.
Minimalist Designs reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact our Customer Service Representatives
Reworks/Repairs:
We’re happy to repair or rework your piece at any time. Standard shipping rates may apply. Once we receive your rework, it can take up to 2 weeks to process.If we’ve made a mistake on your order, please let us know! We’ll fix it for you right away and send you a return label.*
If your piece is in need of a rework within the first 6 months of delivery, let us know and we will fix it for free.
